Foundation is working for the deprived people in the society
with the different programs to alleviate the poverty from the
society with the thought of "love the neighbor as thyself".
Bangladesh is a developing country but it has numerous problems
in the every aspect of life. There are different problems which
people have to face but poorest people have to suffer a lot.
Though RRF is giving different service and doing the valuable
task for the society as well as Bangladesh but they have another
component which is being formed to increase the employment for
the poorest people. "Prottoy" is a self reliance program
of RRF. The long way RRF has comprehended a substance that for
developing these people, it is necessary to accept an effort
for creating and employment opportunity of income generating
activities, so that they increase their income by utilizing
their land , and labors.

Activities:
- Rice/ wheat husking and trading
- Cattle fattening
- United products of spices production
activities
- Fingerling production program
for supplying within poor fisherman.
- Healthy and improved seed distribution
to the poor farmers
Rice/Wheat
Husking and Trading:
It is the continuous seasonal program to involve the beneficiaries
to work and be self supported in the economical section. Its main
task is to due to harvesting time rice/ wheat will be collected
from the farmers with the legal price. In the mean time beneficiaries
will get privilege to engage them in this program.
Beneficiaries can
receive the credit loan from the organization and buy the rice/
wheat from the producer and sell to the organization. As a result
beneficiaries are getting privilege to work here and earn money.
Later on the rice will be prepared and again sell to the market
with the legal price.
As a result not only beneficiaries but also others community people
are getting the privilege to buy rice with the cheap cost. And
it will help to expand the market and establish the close network:
Fish
productionand distribution:
Two acres of land has been used to produce the fish in
a hatchery. And producing fish has sold to the beneficiaries of
the organization at tangible price in a proper time. And vocational
trainer will train them about fish farming. As a result beneficiaries
will get privilege to produce the fish with the proper guideline.
And it will help to augment their life and helps to be economically
well.
Seed
Production and Distribution:
The seed has been produced by the ideal farmers. And all the seed
should be collected with the proper guideline. And after justification
the seed will be stored with the balance environment. Later on
according to the requirements the seed will be distributed to
the farmers.
Beneficiaries
Benefits are:
- Beneficiaries and very poor
also affiliate to sell rice to the market and be self supported.
- The rice has been sold in the
open market with the tangible price as a result poorest people
purchase the product with the authentic cost.
- Beneficiaries who are involved
with the work, they can sell the rice to the organization and
earn the authentic price.
- Those who are not involved with
that program they can also earn money through buying and selling
to the organization and also to the market.
- Very poor beneficiaries are
being given the facilities to join and run the program.
- Those who are threshing with
their own money if they have no own mill or place they can get
help to thresh.
- Beneficiaries are getting the
training about fisheries farm
- The concept will help them to
be self supported
- People can get the fish easily
and cultivate with their own capital.
- Beneficiaries can get fish from
the hatchery with the cheap cost.
- Farmers may get the good seed
with their demand on the right time.
- Without these lots of employment
opportunities is being created to maintain their family with
the view to change their fate
