Introduction:

RRF is so much delighted to serve the most vulnerable families and children's over the different district of our country. Sponsorship program is one of the succeeding programs of RRF, which have reached the pyramid of reputation. Since 1998 this program is running for the underprivileged or deprived people, so that they may live with the basic needs. With the financial support of Chalice, Canada 5668 children and 171 elderly were given different facilities to improve their life with current affairs.

Goal:
The goal is to grow up children physically, mentally, socially and spiritually through acquiring the higher education. Ultimate result is to change the society in economically, socially, morally and expand their life for the future.

Objectives:

1) To ensure that all sponsored children have gone up to standard VIII (basic literacy)
2) To ensure the continual support up to standard X for those students who have passed standard VIII successfully and wish to continue his/her study
3) To improve the educational standards of the weaker student by giving special coaching
4) To provide monthly fixed allowance for those who passed standard X successfully and want to continue his/her study
5) To arrange vocational training (mechanical, electrical, electronics, carpentry, welding, barbering, tailoring, craft, cooks etc) for the children those who are weak in study and not interesting to continue their general study
6) To find out the hidden talent among the children and nurse them for their future wellbeing
7) To create a healthy and harmonious environment where children and their family will enjoy nutritious foods.
8) To provide clothing for elderly as well as sponsor children for adequate dignified appearance.
9) To conduct training sessions for beneficiaries to provide training on food preparation, cooking etc.
10) To provide means so that all sponsored children, family, elderly, staff and staff family maintain a reasonable health and well being.
11) To provide means so that all sponsored children and elderly receive instruction to maintain a reasonable level of hygiene in their environment.
12) To assist the sponsored and non-sponsored families (parents & drop out children) of working area to increase their income generating ability
13) To create an atmosphere of community spirit with a program this promotes social and moral values
14) To create awareness on health, hygiene, nutrition, social justice, moral values, environmental issues providing materials
15) To strengthen the capacity of sponsored children regarding their rights, roles in the society.

Working Area:
At present, we have been working in the southwestern and northern part of Bangladesh. We have been working in 12 upazilas under 8 districts. The name of our Sponsor Site is Jessore. We have five Sub-Sites under the Sponsor Site. The sub-sites are:

i) SCD (Jessore Sadar, Jhikorgacha, Sharsha, Kolaroa and Kaligonj).
ii) KHL is the second sub-site that covers the area of Khulna city and Bagerhat.
iii) MEH is the third sub-site that covers the area of Mujibnagor Upazila.
iv) DNJ is the fourth sub-site that covers the area of Dinajpur Sadar and Birol Upazila.
v) RAJ is the fifth and last sub-site that covers the area of Rajshahi Sadar and Paba Upazila.

SSC Result, 2010:
This year 115 sponsored children sit for the SSC examination in different areas. Among them 95 were successfully passed in the exam. It's a great news for us that 3 of the sponsored children obtained Golden A (+) marks and 9 children obtained A (+) marks in their first public examination. The result is as follows.

Positive Changes:
