RRF Training
Cell
From the very beginning, RRF has
incorporated training as an integral part of all development
programs in an effort to inform and educate it staff and improve
their knowledge, skill, attitude and habit. The Training Cell
was formally established in 2003 to fulfill the emerging needs
of RRF programs which strongly supplement towards organization
mission and vision. In 2008-2009 Training Cell acts many different
activities includes training, reporting, documentation, MIS
development etc. In this fiscal year training cell conducted
different pieces of training courses with the view to empower
RRF staff and its beneficiaries.
The division focuses on making
training participatory, learner-centered, problem focused and
need oriented. It promotes individual involvement in the training
process as well as group interaction. Training courses are designed
and delivered taking into account participant needs and are
meticulously upgraded to meet the changing and emerging needs
of RRF programs.
Goal
and overall objectives:
RRF Training Cell is responsible for the capacity building and
professional development of all RRF staff and development professionals
and its overall goals are to improve the management competencies
of development practitioners and enhance the human and operational
skills of RRF staff and program participants. The division's
objectives include development and provision of training courses
to RRF's development practitioners and program participants,
capacity development of both internal & external staff and
beneficiary through professional management and need based training
and extension of appropriate support facilities to other organization
for their own training, workshops, and operational execution.

RRF Internal Training
Program for staff
RRF attaches topmost priority to its staff development. It believes
that training has no alternative to boost up individual as well
as institutional efficiency. In 2008-2009 fiscal years Training
Cell provided training to 1530 personnel for enhancing their
capacity to

Program for Bangladesh NGO Foundation's (BNF) partner organization:
RRF obtained the authorization as a training providing organization
of Bangladesh NGO Foundation (BNF) this year for its partner
organization's capacity building. In connection with that RRF
training cell provided couple of training courses on "Organizational

Training
Program for Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation's (PKSF) partner
organization:
PKSF arrange different training to its POs personnel for their
capacity enhancement to implement Micro credit within efficient
and effective manners. RRF is one of member of

Rita Biswas is in the closing Ceremony of "Group Dynamic,
Savings and MC Management Training Course
PKSF's training
providing organization panel and being that RRF training cell
conduct constantly PKSF's training course to its POs. This year
RRF provide the training course on "Group Dynamic, Savings
& Micro-Credit Management" successfully to the 100
Field Organizers of different PKSF's PO.
RRF
has been selected as a Training provider Institute of Micro-Finance
pool.
There are very
few MFI including RRF in Bangladesh are selected as training
providing organization by Institute of Micro-Finance to provide
micro-credit based training to the different MFI's personnel
to develop the micro-finance sector through their effective
effort. In this concern 4 trainers of RRF have already received
couple of TOT training course provided by InM. It's a new dimension
for RRF Training Cell.
RRF
Internal Training Program for beneficiary
Beside the staff training, RRF also provide different sort of
training courses on life skill and Income Generating Activities
(IGA) for the program beneficiaries and stakeholders whereby
training cell directly contribute to achieve the program objectives
by capacity building of stakeholders to raise their socio-economic
condition. In these particular fiscal years Training Cell provided
a number of training courses for RRF various program stakeholders
